Q. Can we make two journeys to the Church?
A. Yes, as long as they are near the collection address.
Q. Can we view the car prior to booking?
A. Yes, I would like you to. Please make an appointment.
Q. Will there be hidden costs?
A. No, you will know the exact amount before you commit to booking.
Q. Will my guests be allowed to throw confetti in the car?
A. Yes, I’ve got a hoover!
Q. Are we allowed to drink whilst in the car?
A. Yes, whilst stationary.
Q. If you are taken ill and are unable to drive the car, do you have another driver to take your place?
A. I’m pleased to say that this has never happened, but if it should, I have a very competent person who is fully insured to drive my car. He is a very good Chauffeur.

Q. How long will you stay with the car for the photos?
A. I’ll stay as long as you want me to.
Q. If the wedding is delayed or overruns, will there be an additional charge?
A. No, as we will only book one wedding a day, the car will not be required elsewhere, so will be yours for as long as you need it.
Q. How far in advance can I book the vehicle?
A. It is best to book as early as you can.
Q. What time will you arrive at the collection address?
A. To give you peace of mind, the car will be with you 15 minutes before the agreed departure time.
Q. Will the Chauffeur be in uniform?
A. Yes, a grey suit and chauffeur’s peaked cap.
Q. How many passengers are you able to carry in the vehicle ?
Q. Will the car be decorated ?
A. Yes, with white or ivory ribbons and a silk flower display on the rear shelf if required.
Q. If I don’t want white or ivory ribbons, can I provide ribbons in a colour of my choice?
A. You can have ribbons in any colour you like, the minimum length needed is 5 metres.
